Catholics in the Chaplaincy have full access to the traditional sacraments, pastoral life and orthodox teachings of the Catholic Church in communion with the Roman Pontiff, His Holiness Pope Leo XIV and with the Bishop of Auckland, the Most Reverend Stephen Lowe.

THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM

Infant baptism in the Traditional Roman Rite. It is organised by appointment with the priests, and subject to the traditional liturgical calendar.

THE SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION

Preparation Classes for First Holy Communion and Confirmation are organized on a yearly basis. Please fill in the form below and the priests will get in touch with you.

    THE SACRAMENT OF THE EUCHARIST

    For Mass times, please refer to the timetable. Changes to Mass times can occur on occasion due to certain liturgical feasts as well as the needs of the Chaplaincy.


    THE SACRAMENT OF PENANCE

    Confessions are available every day

    Monday to Wednesday
    30 minutes before Mass

    Thursday to Sunday
    1 hour before Mass

    Confessional closes 10 minutes before Mass


    THE SACRAMENT OF MATRIMONY

    For marriage preparation, please contact Fr. Sumich.
    Weddings are in the Traditional Roman Rite, by appointment, and is subject to the traditional liturgical calendar and priests availability.

    Please email Peter if you would like to have the Chaplaincy Choir to provide music at your wedding. A donation to the choir fund will be much appreciated.


    THE SACRAMENT OF HOLY ORDERS

    If you are between 18 – 35 years old, an unmarried man and are interested in a priestly vocation with the Priestly Fraternity of St Peter, contact Fr. Sumich.
